I'm 6'2", 185 lbs... wear 36" sleeved shirts.. .but the sizing says sleeve for L is 34.5... I have a L denali that fits fine... will this be OK also in the sleeves?

You should be fine. I'm 6'4" and the L sleeve length was perfect.
