Okay so I got my new Aerial this weekend and the 1st time I pushed the side button it popped off and I was hoping to use this in the White Mountains winter hiking? Anyone else experiencing a similar problem. 1/15 Update why Backcountry.com is the best! They just shipped me another watch and emailed me a UPS return label to ship the faulty one back. Can't be any more easier. Thanks

Yikes... if the button fell off, I'm sure that's not typical. But, BC will take care of you. I still can't believe the deal on this watch... WOW!
