are the bindings on the women's lightnings smaller than the ones on the men's? I just got the mens version for xmas and the binding gaps on the side of the foot. Is this normal? My foot is only a women's 6.5...

I also wear a 6.5 women's boot and truthfully the bindings on my 22" lightnings bulge on JUST ONE shoe.....the other is fine. hmmm? doesn't create any worry at all...unless you look down and aren't please with the aesthetics. Adjusting your foot position back may lessen the gap, just be sure to maintain the ball of foot position correctly centered.I wore a men's versions and the binding fit was similar although the shoe width was a tad bit more and I clumsily bang my shoes together.
