I bought a pair of these and after 2 months one of the eyelets...

I bought a pair of these and after 2 months one of the eyelets fell down from the shoe. this is awfully anoying and i dont know where or how to fix it. everywhere i go they tell me only the shoe provider can fix it. Where in new zealand can i fix it ?
