Would this be useful for a jogging backpack that can hold a small amount of clothing, shower shoes, and a towel? The main thing I want is comfort, that it does not ride up my back or distract me while running. I might also carry a water bottle. Thanks! Matt B

I think that this pack would be good for running in that it is lightweight, has a decent back panel and most importantly really good hip straps to keep it in place. It should be just about the right size for carrying what you describe.
