Will this jacket keep me warm around 10 degrees? need serious help. I have a Steep tech and they do no good. i have to wear a sweatshirt and a sweater under it to b warm.

It has been under 10 F here this week, and it has been keeping me warm. Of course, you have to layer under it properly and wear proper hat and gloves and boots when it is that cold. But the jacket does great.
