Can you tell me what color "Grill" is? Is it grey? Also can you tell me whether these ski pants have a straight leg or a boot leg cut? I can't tell from the photo.Thanks

Grill is a darker grey and the pants are designed to fit over ski boots. There is a boot top zip incorporated to the cuff of the pants that is visible in the pictures. Also, there is a gaiter inside to keep the snow out. Cheers!
