What size is good for a 17inch laptop?And does it come with the internal padded laptop sleeve like the Timbuk2 Commute?

The "Classic Messenger" does NOT have a laptop pocket, only the "Laptop Messenger" and "Commute Messenger" have an internal laptop sleeve.
