Does anyone know if that little pouch on the goggle strap can...

Does anyone know if that little pouch on the goggle strap can come off for the white model? I'm pretty sure they don't have a buckle to undo the strap but I can't tell how the pouch is attached. I guess if worse comes to worse you could just cut it off...
