Does the hood tuck away and is hideable? Also as far a a warm jacket everyday use how would you rate this jacket? City Person, in and out of vehicles and also in the weather often

The hood does not tuck away but it unzips and can be put in one of the pockets. The jacket is very warm and the wind does not cut through it. I assume you mean new york city and if so it is very sufficient.
