how does this compare to the "Necky Manitou Sport Kayak" in terms of rivers? and handling?

This boat will handle very similar to the neck manitou sport, the difference being in the outfitting, the cayuga 110 has thigh braces and can be fitted with a rudder. The manitou sport has foam padding under the cockpit for your thighs, so you don't fit in as tight as the cayuga.
