I got the mediums and have a 33" inseam. I thought they were a bit short, so I unstitched the roll in the waist (took approximately 2min), and now they sit low on my waist and a long enough. Definitely worth the modification for the price.

I'm 5'8" with about a 32" inseam, and the length of the medium works well for me.
