On the columbia web site they mention they are a medium width. I take a 4E shoe so I know they feeling. I have been thinking about maybe one size larger to compensate for that difference.

I would not recommend these boots for a wide foot. These are tight and narrow boots.

These should be pretty close. I have always found this brand to fit wide. For manufacturing, They are made in China, with the rest of Columbia's gear.
