I'm 5'6 and weigh 150 pounds.I wear a size 8 in jeans and mediums in t-shirts and a large in fitted shirts(like Abercrombie and American Eagle).I was wondering if I should go with a medium or large in this particular jacket?

Either will fit, but I'd get a Large for comfort & there's more room for undershirts. The large fits me fine.
