Hi' The plastic piece where the band threads through, and where the light pivots, has one of the "ears cracked," and can no longer hold the light fixture. Can this item be replaced?

All Black Diamond headlamps have a 3 year warranty, but you have to send it back to the company for them to replace at there discretion.
