Definitely. The back of the boot, near the heel, has a lip that is specficially made to hold the strap from a snowshoe in place. These would be perfect snow shoe boots if it's really cold out or if you aren't moving fast. If you are doing snowshoe running or really fast walking, you should get a lighter pair of boots or even gore-tex trail shoes with gators to keep your feet from overheating.
