How can I link up m iPod classic to this unit? do I need the tuneups wireless or the tuneups bluetooth? what does it come with out of the box more specifically is it ready to be used with my iPod and phone from the get go or do I need to also purchase the tunes kits

Look up a bluetooth adapter for ipods. Search AD2P on ebay. I got one for about $30 with shipping and it rocks with this setup.

it is ready to be used with both your ipod and phone. Since your ipod doesnt have a bluetooth adapter, there is a wire that connects to the ear pods which u hook up to your ipod. Your phone should have no problem hooking up to the bluetooth. No tuneup kits needed to be purchased.
