Which is a better all-purpose lens - the pink iridium or the black iridium? Also - can you interchange the lenses?

Black is a pretty dark lens...

either iridium would be good. The lenses are interchangeable but not on the fly. They take about 5 minutes to take in and out when you're changing them at home
