How does this jacket compare to the Sub Zero SL? I really like the lemongrass color better than any in the SL version.

The differences aren't major enough to buy a color you don't like. Both have the same insulation, and are water resistant. The SL has the conduit material, but all that offers is a little breathablity, but in my experience downs are just there to keep you as warm as possible.
