I have existing Fischer telemark skiis with 3 pin Rottefella...

I have existing Fischer telemark skiis with 3 pin Rottefella bindings 4 screws. So, will these screw on using the same screw pattern & binding bolt onto this top plate? What affect does the 20 mm space have on performance?
