I've got last year's Genesis jacket and the hood is very big. It flops over my eyes. Is there a way to adjust the hood so that it fits tighter and doesn't fall over my eyes?

Some helmet-compatible hoods have a strap on the back of the head to take up slack when you don't have a helmet on, but if it doesn't, then you're stuck with that size.
