A Question about Mammut Performance Statik Ropes

The last sentence in the prod description "Not for use as a climbing rope" Yet in the Tech spec you say "Recommended Use: Big wall climbing, caving, expeditions, canyoneering" I'm new to the sport and slightly confused

More to the point….this rope could be used in climbing applications just not used as the rope that would absorb a fall. You need a dynamic rope for that. Use this rope to haul your gear on a climb or repel down after but not as the rope to save you in a fall. It would be really quick stop for ya. You’d be better off hitting the crash pad or sand.
