if you like the way baggy look i would go xxl thats what ima get.

I would say the medium. I'm 6'4" and I wear the medium, but I'm not going for the super baggy look. The arm length is great for me, as well as the waist length, but I guess it depends on your fit preference i.e. baggy v. more baggy
