how do i take care of this jacket. Do i have to do dry clean or machine washable.

You can machine wash it but use Nikwax down wash. Normal laundry detergents are hydrophilic, meaning they attract water. That will work against the water-repellant nature or coating of any technical outerwear. I generally Nikwax wash my down stuff once or twice a year, depending on how dirty they get.
