I'd probably shoot for a large in this jacket. The extra room will be nice for layering. Great jacket!I disagree with the answer above. I am 6'3" 170lbs and just bought a M after trying them on at the store. I take a 42" long in normal jacket size if that helps. They run very big.I bought the medium and it fits perfect! It's true, the Canada Goose Expedition does run a size bigger.
