Hi, I have pretty flat arches and wonder if these will work for me. I WANT lots of arch support, but, you know, if i molded these insoles to fit my foot, it wouldn't be any help at all i dont think. anyone have any ideas?

I have a collapsed arch on one foot from a really bad ankle injury resulting in 5 surgeries. These or similiar insoles like Sole Ed Viesturs signature edition work really well. You do NOT have to heat mold the insoles. I don't because they come w/ great arch support straight out of the box and a deep heal cut providing good additional motion control. Best of luck!

Unless you trick the molding process by inserting something sturdy under the arch of the foot beds. While standing on it for couple of minutes and the beds are being customized to your foot, the arch will get exaggerated thus providing extra arch. It might go flat after a while though.
