The product description leads me to believe the skins are pre-cut for ski dimension and not just lenght. Is it both, or just one?

They are just pre-cut for length. You'll still likely have to trim the skins to fit the width of your ski. The product description is inaccurate when it claims you can get up and running "without any knife time". However, trimming skins is not really that hard. Black Diamond includes some trimming instructions with these skins.
