You can use the conversion plates for any other Burton Binding. I was using a pair of Burton P1s (not est) and they BLEW UP and I had a horrible crash. I think they broke because of the weird pressure points that you get if you don't use est bindings.

The ICS baseplates works on my 08' Rome Arsenal bindings. Does NOT work with my 07 and 08 Flows NXT AT...

The board does come with conversion plates for Burton bindings, so you can use them. The plates probably won't work with other brand bindings.
