Yes, but it's not as simple as that. At a minimum you'll need to attach 3/4" plywood to your studs that you can then attach the holds to. Here's some information from Metolius on how to properly build a climbing wall.http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/HowtoBuildaHomeBoulderingWall.pdf
