I know it sounds like a stupid question but is this jacket too warm. On those normal -2/-3 days will this jacket be too much???

I have this jacket and where it all the time in Utah where it typically doesn't get super cold. It is amazing the range of comfort that it has with just a single thin layer under it. Much more comfortable than synthetic insulation pieces that I have worn.
