It is zip in compatible with only North Face jackets that feature "Zip in Compatability." If it is not a North Face jacket, and is zip in compatible, it will not work.

It will but only certain models so be sure to double check. It will NOT zip in to the TNF Free Thinker shell for example. You can go to the official TNF site, do a chat with them and ask about certain models. Good luck!
