I have a pair of columbia omni tech snow boots that are 4 years old that are falling apart. The black rubber around the boot is cracking all over and coming apart. has anyone had the same defect??

Sorry to hear this but it doesn't surprise me about anything that Columbia makes. Their fleece is the only item I would ever consider buying. Contact the following with your complaint:http://www.columbia.com/where/corporate_offices.aspx
