Hi, I am looking for Gore-Tex pants that are light weight for running. Is their anyone that makes a womens small TALL size? If so where can i find them? Thank You

Casey - You might want to try the Cloudveil Zorro Mens' rain pant in XS, it is not Gore-Tex but holds up nicely in rainy conditions - also the inseam is about 32 and waist is not too bad. Eva
