I wear an 8 1/2 normally in shoes. Would you recommend selecting an 8 or 8 1/2? Some boots are so plush that a smaller size works better. What do you think?

I tried these on over the weekend. I usually wear an 8.5 however, I fit in a 7.5. So, to me, they are sized large.
