Being that these beanies are part wool, are they machine-washable, or do I need to get them dry-cleaned?

Wouldn't recommend machine-washing these, but you can certainly hand-wash them per the care instructions: "Hand-wash, line-dry or wear-dry" No dry-cleaning required.
