what about biking a georgia winter, 20-40 F? to the pool for a workout, i want to ride warm, against wind.

I would think it would be ok for that temperature range. Here in colorado, my brother wears this jacket and a long sleeve shirt on 20 degree days so it think you would be good espeically if u were riding a bike. the windstopper is great for bike riding. the only thing that worries me is the weight. it might be a bit much.
