my daughter is just starting to take up snow boarding. I'd like to get her a snowboard for christmas. How do I determine what size she needs? She is 23 yr.old and is 5'8"

You posted this question under the Atlas 9 Series Elektra Snowshoe Package I take it you mean Snowshoeing not snowboarding? The above package is a great value and comes with everything to need to start having fun in the snow. Based on ur specs I would recommend the 23in, but if she’s going to be hiking with a pack you may want to get the 25in which is just a little bigger. And for snowboarding hop on over to backcountry.com snowboarding section or stop by the help center.
