These things are tiny and if you have a bigger head (I have a huge melon) skip it. The larger ones are "hard hats" not helmets. Better than the free lid you got at helmet night at the baseball game I guess. Better choices out there for sure.

Michael Kisow: See Sizing chart above "add to cart"Andrew Kona: I measured my head according to the sizing chart (57.5 cm was my measurment) and I decided to order a medium and a large incase the medium was too snug. when I tried them on they were both too big. bern's sizing information that comes with the helmet instructs the rider to properly place and adjust the helmet for use, place your hands on the sides (left and right) of the helmet while it's on your head, and then turn your head left and right while you hands maintain the original position. If your head turns or moves within the helmet it's too big. Bern says the helmet should fit snugly and when doing this "turn fit" test that the helmet should turn with your head.In short, the sizing chart didn't really work out for me. especially after the liner was removed, the medium was then quite loose fitting. (I would not describe the fit of the medium on my head as snug with or without the liner.) I will be sending back the medium and large and ordering a small.
