It looks like the inside part around the neck and chin area is white... is that true? If so, what is the fabric? I am worried about makeup stains if it is white. Thank you!

Its hard to tell the true colour on a monitor - Is volcano like a burnt orange or is it closer to red. the photo of teh lining scares me a bit as I don't want red!
