I'm buying for my mother who is under 5', weighs around 90lbs. Do you have any midweight long underwear that would fit her, or should I go with an xl girls?

Your mom is so tiny! I haven't been that small since I was in second grade! I would go with the child's size. I have a friend that is around 5'2" and 110, and she often has to opt for girl's sizes. Good luck.
