How warm is this Jacket? Would it be good for Canadian winters?

Hi Nicole, this jacket is very warm, and features plenty (160 grams) of synthetic HeatSeeker insulation. Please keep in mind this is a "casual" jacket, meaning it will be best for cruising around town, shoveling walkways, and general outdoor fun-- not a ski jacket. It's wind and water resistant also. Would I choose the Toben jacket on a bitterly cold Canadian day? Absolutely! I hope that answers your question, enjoy!
