The gloves are water resistant not water repellant! Most fleece gloves are water resistant and will bead off water but NOT when it's WET! Also, it won't block out the wind so that makes it worse as your hands will freeze!

More for casual wear, or aerobic activity than for playing in the snow. Pretty good in the wind, average at repelling moisture.

These do a good job at keeping out the wind, but they are not waterproof.Grogs: The only way i've been able to dry them is in a dryer
