I live in NYC and the temperatures are around 30's- 50's right now would this keep me warm with outter shell? any info would be great thx

I wore mine as my main jacket, not as a liner, when the temps were in the 30's and stayed warm. So I would venture to say that if you are using this with an outer shell when the temps are in the 30-50 range you will be plenty warm. The Pamir is not zip-in compatible, if that is important to you then you should look at something else. Does a great job blocking the wind!
