I'm needing a size L for my 12 year old dtr, but they are sold out. Is there a difference in boys' and girls' jackets? Can I just get her a L in boys? (I've bought a size M for my 10 year old, and just don't want there to be a difference in the jackets) Thanks!

actually, the boys are cut slightly larger because there is no definition at the waist
