I am 6'0 and about 150, which would be better? A small or a meduim and i don't want it to be too big on me and at the same time i don't want it to be to small/tight

Medium. I'm 5'9" and 140 and smalls are too short. If you're worried about stuff being too baggy, look for jackets with an athletic cut.
