Naturally by wearing a hat like this it will protect you from the sun, however there is no UVA, UVB specified protection. http://www.backcountry.com/store/dc/591/Columbia-Omni-Shade.html Check out that link- This is Columbia's Omni-Shade collection. I don't see there are any hats right now but keep watching our stock or check for this item elsewhere. As far as I'm concerned, Columbia is the only brand with something like this.
