How do I know which size of Windstopper ear gear (north face) to get? I am an adult male, with a hat size of 7 1/4 (just under 23" circumfrence)

My head is just a bit larger than yours and I went with a medium. It fits me very well. If your melon was quite a bit bigger I'd got with a large but medium should work fine for you.Hope that helps.
