Debating which size is for me - small or medium. My neck is 14.5...

Debating which size is for me - small or medium. My neck is 14.5 - 15 (depending on brand) and my waste is exactly 30.Based on some of your posts on North Face equipment they tend to fit a bit on the tight side. Since I'm not tall, I'm also afraid of going with Medium, which may have too long arm sleeves.... Can anyone help? :)Between Small and Medium would have been nice..
