Are the sizes Men's sizes or Women's sizes? I want to but Women's Medium, or Women's Size 7. Will they arrive before Christmas in Garland, Texas?

This is a Men's glove. How to Measure:Gloves: Measure the hand circumference around your hand at the widest point excluding the thumb. Just below the base of your fingers. Then click on size chart under the select options drop down box.If you order before dec. 15 it will be there before Christmas.
