I'm buying this for a guy who's 6'1" but only weighs 145 lbs. Would a size M fit him ok? I looked at the sizing chart and it seems that the only difference between size M and anything larger is in the waist. Thanks guys!

Yeah, but they'll probably be loose. Might want to take a look at the Icebreaker bottoms as well; they're quite form fitting and might work a little better for your guy. P.S. Buy him a sandwich too!
